DO YOU BELIEVE GOD?

Or, do you only believe “in” God?

Do you believe that there is only one true God, and that God has a son that allowed himself to be sacrificed as payment for your sins, and anyone that calls on his name will be saved?

Fine, even Satan believes that! However, Satan does not believe God. He does not believe that God is infallible. Satan believes that he can take control of this universe and be the one in control. He believes that he can make this universe his and be its God: to make this universe anything that he thinks it should be.

We look at this and say to ourselves, “What a fool Satan is”.

Well, instead of looking at someone else, perhaps we should look inward and ask ourselves if we are doing the same thing.

At this time, in this country (United States), I see the same attitude that Satan has, but it is among my brothers.

Be patent and let me explain.

(Dan 4:17 NIV) “‘The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over the kingdoms of men and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of men.’

God says the same thing in Romans.

(Rom 13:1 NIV) Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

You see, my brothers believe that they are in charge, and they choose the authorities. They believe that they can make this country great, but they have lost their confidence in God and replaced it with a false confidence in themselves. They are placing their trust in man and do not even realize that is what they are doing!

This universe does not belong to man or Satan. It belongs to God and God chooses the authorities; man does not.

If I were to vote I would be proving, by my actions, that I did not believe Daniel 4:17 or Romans 13:1.

My brothers do not understand, even though they have ears to hear and eyes to see!

The one who believes in this country, and teaches others to do so, is building on the foundation of Jesus Christ using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay and straw, not on the Spirit. The Spirit says God is in control, not man.

(1 Cor 3:18&19 NIV) Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a “fool” so that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight. As it is written: “He catches the wise in their craftiness”;

The wisdom of this world says we must choose a leader that will do God’s will and they do not understand that the rulers of this world are doing God’s will!

Don’t you see that the man that is president now was chosen by God, because he would turn the United States against Israel?

(Rev 16:14 NIV) They are spirits of demons performing miraculous signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.
(Rev 20:7&8 NIV) When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth–Gog and Magog–to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.

Theses are prophecies that are being fulfilled now. All of the nations of this world are allied with Iran against Israel. Israel, because they still do not believe God will protect them, will attack Iran and the final battle will begin.

Daniel was told “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.” This is the time of the end and the words are no longer sealed! We can all understand if we listen to God instead of man.

SIGNS OF THE TIMES

I have not written anything for a while. It is not that God has stopped revealing more of His Word to me, but just that I have not felt compelled to write.

The truth is I am still a child in my heart. Children enjoy anything that is fun and I viewed sharing what God has revealed to me as fun. If it is not fun, then it is work and no child enjoys work. So, you can see that I am a lazy child, because this is work. However, it is too important to keep to myself, so I will work, but only a little.

All through the Bible God has said that He will gather all of the nations in the world against Israel and then He will send Jesus to save His children. Surly, everyone that studies the Bible can see that this is the time.

The world has yet to muster its troops, but it has united against Israel. This nuclear agreement between the United Nations and Iran is proof that the world has united with the rest of the enemies of Israel.

I find it especially ironic that Germany was singled out in the negotiations of the agreement. It is the plus one, of the five plus one.

From Germany came Hitler and from Hitler came the “Final Solution”. Germany has maintained some of the concentration camps as a memorial, so that it should not happen again, but the truth is it is a reminder only that Germany chose the wrong method! Not that they think it was wrong to attempt to kill all of God’s children!

The latest method is to allow the sworn enemy of Israel to build nuclear bombs, which they have openly stated they will use against Israel, and then to supply all of the money to accomplish their evil task. Germany, or the whole world, for that matter, did not learn a thing from World War Two!

Can anyone say, in truth, that the world is not against Israel?

Israel has always relied on other nations to save them in their times of trouble. That was a sin of unbelief and God stated it. (Ezek 29:16 NIV) Egypt will no longer be a source of confidence for the people of Israel but will be a reminder of their sin in turning to her for help. Then they will know that I am the Sovereign LORD.'”

Israel relied on the United States until we turned against them and joined forces with the world to assure their destruction.

God has put Israel in a position where there is no one, other than the Lord God, to turn to.

This has been all from the Bible and we were told this all along. Now I will give my idea of how these times will play out. Please remember that this is only my opinion and there is no guarantee that it is correct.
There really is not much that I can add as everything is pretty much already been predicted and almost complete.

However, it seems to me that God has put Israel in the position where they must attack Iran before they can amass a stockpile of nuclear weapons. To wait very long is to assure their own destruction.

When they do the world will gather at the Valley of Jehoshaphat. (Joel 3:2 NIV) I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.

The world will be enraged, because Israel has spoiled their plans to have Iran be the nation to implement the “Final Solution”. The world has already aligned itself with Iran and will muster all of their troops against Israel for thwarting their plans. Then they will consider the next method for the “Final Solution” and they will all assemble their troops and begin to implement that attempt.

God will let the world capture half of Jerusalem (Zec 14:2-5 NIV) I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights in the day of battle. On that day his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south. You will flee by my mountain valley, for it will extend to Azel. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Then the LORD my God will come, and all the holy ones with him.

Well, even if I am wrong about how these things will be fulfilled it cannot be denied that God has foretold that all of the nations of the world will align themselves against Israel: and they have. He also has said that at the time they muster their troops and advance He will come and save Israel. Then the whole world will know who is God.

Protect and keep your faith, because that time is very near.

THIS CHRISTIAN AND THE 4TH OF JULY

I say “this” Christian, because I am, and can, only speak for myself.

I was born a citizen of the United States. I was raised to believe this Country was a gift from God. That we were a free Country, not under a king, dictator, or any ruler, but ruled by all of the people. The home of the brave, where we chose those to guide and lead us and if we were not satisfied with them, we should vote them out of office and someone else in.

This all sounded pretty good to me. It was what I wanted to hear and to believe!

However, I began to explore the question of “Is there really a God”. I found the same answer as anyone, who will ponder “truthfully” that question. I say “truthfully”, because many think about it with the goal of attempting to prove there is no God.

When I finally reached the point where I had to admit to myself that there has to be a God, I knew that I was dead to God, because of all my sins. The proper thing to do with a dead body is to bury it. So, I allowed someone to bury me in the water of baptism. When I came up out of that water the Holy Spirit was a part of me and because the Spirit of God cannot die, I cannot die. That is to really die, as this body will perish, but I will not die.

I am a new being. I was a six, the same number as Satan, but God added one to me and I became a seven, the number of completeness. The one, that He added, is the Holy Spirit.

Now, all my brothers should already know this, but they do not seem to understand why God gave us His Spirit. The answer is to teach us all things (John 14:26), but my brothers do not ask the Spirit about all things. That is all things about God, not all things about this universe. Questions about this universe are not important, as this universe will pass away.

I said this so you might understand that I only listen to God now. I question everything that this world tells me, using Scripture as the ultimate reference of truth.

The world told me that this Country was a gift from God, but when I read Romans 13:1&2, I reached a different conclusion.

I was told, when I was a child, that if you want to understand as someone else understands then “put yourself in their shoes”. In other words try to see things as they do.

So, I read Romans 13:1&2 as if I lived in Pennsylvania and the year was 1775, and the verse clearly said, do not rebel against the king, because God had appointed him and if I rebelled against him I was actually rebelling against God Himself.

I know Scripture said the same thing to the Founding Fathers as it says to me, because they had the same Bible that I have.

Now, this year, I will not attend Church on the 28th of June and the 5th of July, because one of those days the Church, that I attend, will celebrate rebellion against God. And they do not even know that they are!

I understand, so I will not participate. I have tried to explain to my brothers, but iron cannot sharpen iron and so I cannot sharpen them. They will not ask God if this Country is a gift from Him and then read His Word for the answer, but they will ask each other the same question; and believe the answer of their fellow man!

At first I was angered by their refusal to understand, but now I am deeply hurt by it. My brothers are lukewarm, just as Revelation says the last Church will be. They believe what they want to believe and hire preachers to say what their itching ears want to hear (2 Tim 4:3), just as Scripture says. They are in great danger and do not, will not, see it.

I am to the point of tears, as I write this. I was taught not to cry for myself. It is a form of self pity and only reinforces the pity. But the sadness that I am feeling is not for myself, but for my brothers.

Please brothers, wake up, this Church is the Church of Laodicea. The last Church spoken of in Revelation; the last Church in time. It is lukewarm, neither hot nor cold. It has one foot in the world and one foot in Heaven and it doesn’t put forth the effort to understand.

If you think your attitude brings me to tears, what do you think it does to our Heavenly Father, that we celebrate rebellion against Him: and even in the very house that we claim is His!

WHY WE HAVE OBAMACARE

This is a first for me. I removed this post and I did so because I do not believe it will change a thing. It would only serve to discourage those who do not yet know and understand our Heavenly Father. I should not be thinking about the sin of others and I should not be causing others to do so either.

Please forgive me if I caused you to concentrate on sin.

THE ABOMINATION THAT CAUSES DESOLATION

Matthew 24:15&16 says, “So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’ spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.”

This raises the question, “What is the abomination that causes desolation?” and the answer is found in the book of Daniel: just as the Scripture indicates.

The second chapter of Daniel is where the abomination is described and, because we have just read Matthew 24:15, God will let us understand.

The second chapter describes a statue, made of mostly metal, that is destroyed by a rock that was not cut out by human hands. It stands to reason that if it was not cut out by human hands, then it was cut out by the hand of God.

We are told that the different metals are different kingdoms (Dan 2:38-40). Kingdoms of this earth are basically governments. Kingdoms are ruled by one man, but not all governments are kingdoms. However all governments recognize one man as the ultimate authority at any point in time. Our president changes from time to time, but whoever is president is recognized as the ultimate authority at that time.

So, using our words, the different metals are symbolic of governments and one can see that the height of the statue is also symbolic of time, or history: history to us, but prophetic to those of Daniel’s time. As the metals are worth less and less, so the governments are worth less and less, as history plays out.

Now, I would think that you are asking, ‘If the statue represents the abomination that causes desolation, and that abomination is governments, then what is wrong with governments?’

Well, look at governments through the eyes of God. God made everything that was made. What is apparent with only a little thought is, God made everything for us. He didn’t need the universe, or anything in it, but it was all made for us. God wants children. Someone to share everything that He has and He wants to take care of His children, just as any loving father wants. He wants to be recognized as our God, King, Leader, but I believe, even more than that, He wants us to see Him as our Father, Provider, and Protector.

However, most of us do not believe this. If one does not believe that God will take care of them, then they must take care of themselves. This leads to governments that are only men leading men! After all that God has done for us, it becomes clear that any government, by man, is an abomination to God, and as one examines the governments of man, it is clear that they all lead to desolation. Governments of man, no matter what type, or what they are called, only oppress and destroy the people.

The most inferior of the governments are those of the feet of the statue. They are governments of men that are mixed with baked clay. We are all made of clay, but baked clay is symbolic of men that have become hardened of heart. We have hardened our hearts and have become mixed into, and with, the government. In this country, every four years, we prove to God that we want to govern ourselves, but we do not even understand that we are rejecting God, and that it is an abomination to Him!

We reside at the time of the feet of the statue and Jesus, the rock carved out by God, is about to destroy all of the statue, or governments of man. He is going to establish, forever, the government of God. We cannot know the exact time that Jesus will come, but we can know the season and we are in that season.

The great God has shown Nebuchadnezzar, and the reader, what will take place in the future. The dream is true and the interpretation is trustworthy.

GOD ELECTED BARACK OBAMA.

“There is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.” (Romans 13:1 in part)

We in the United States think that we elect presidents, but they are authorities and God says that He establishes them. So, who is right, God, or man?

All my brothers become angry with me when I say that I do not vote. It is as if I am doing something wrong! If they really believed in a free country then they would have to accept, with out prejudice, my right not to vote.

I have found, over the years, that my choice for president was not God’s choice. I have only stood in God’s way by voting for the candidate that did not win! Had I voted in the last election I would have done so again.

I have also found that many Christians do not believe God. They say that they believe “in” God and they believe that He has a Son that was sent to save them and that is as far as they go. They do not study and therefore they know nothing more about God.

If they did study, they would understand that God gave or let us have this president. The world got the president that they wanted and Christians got the president that they deserve, because they did not believe God.

Christians in this country do not believe Romans 13:1, because they do not want to. They chose to believe that Jesus came to save them and just like the last church in Revelation, they say “I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing”, but they do not realize that they are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.

One who is naked has no covering. Jesus is our covering for sin.

It is not enough to believe “in” God. Even Satan and all of his angels believe “in” God. However, they do not believe God.

In my opinion, with my understanding, I am going to believe God, so I believe Romans 13:1. I also believe that we are the Church of Laodicea. The last Church, lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, a group of people that do not love God enough to search for understanding. Well, we do search for the words of salvation, but once we hear them, we stop the search and tell everyone how rich we are and that we need nothing else: REALLY?

“Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent”. (Rev 3:19).

Revelation 3:19 are not my words, but the Word of God. As for me, I am busy repenting of my own unbelief.

WHAT IS THIS “OCCUPY WALL STREET” MOVEMENT?

Those that read my post know that I write on spiritual subjects: usually on the understanding of Scripture. Sometimes what is happening in the world is made clearer by what is written in the Bible. This occupy movement is such an event, or events that seem to make Scripture more clear for me.

The more one learns about Scripture the more one can learn. That may seem an odd statement, so consider this.

We are told from birth that the United States is a “Christian Country”, but when you become old enough to study the Bible on your own, without any so called help from others, one can see plainly that this Country is not Christian. It was formed in rebellion to God (Romans 13:1&2) by those that did not want the king that God had appointed over this land. The people decided to appoint their own king (President). They would no longer trust God to appoint a king. Verse four says the governing authority are “God’s servant”, but we believe those that serve are “Our servants”. How foolish we are to give power to men, to make laws that control our lives, and then expect them to only consider us! Now, you must already understand this before you can see the next step of events of this country.

God is not going to protect a county, or people, that do not have faith in His ability to appoint a king. Think about it, can you say that you believe God appointed a spiritual king for you, but He isn’t qualified to appoint a human king? Don’t bother trying to say that you prayed to God to guide you to vote for the right man. If you vote you are declaring God can not choose without the help of man.

At some point those who are in charge, because the people placed them in charge, will realize they are about to be voted out of office. They have put in place a plan for such an event. The president can declare a national emergency and halt the elections. It may not be this election, but is a possibility.

Someone is paying the expenses of those that occupy. I am old enough to know that no one spends money without expecting a return on their money. Those that are occupying are not in agreement about just what they believe: except the rich are their enemies. I believe those who are supporting the occupiers know exactly what they expect to get for their money.

If I were in power and did not want to loose that power and I did not really care about the people, or cared for myself more than the people, I might devise a plan to hire thugs, to cause large riots just before an election, so that I could declare a national emergency. Actually because the news media can be trusted to over emphasize their reports, I wouldn’t even have to cause large riots.

The news media is already over emphasizing the importance of a bunch of nuts dumping in the parks. Yes, I said dumping and you know what I mean.

Hitler had his Brown Shirts: this government has its Occupiers: puppets on a string!

What I said about this country is true and accurate. My prophecy is speculation. However, it is based on the actions and desires of men.

I say this to Christians so that if and when it happens they will not loose any of their faith. It should strengthen ones faith. Joseph Lule pointed out in his last comment, that it is God that has control of those that oppose Him and even though it may seem as if the world is going to defeat God’s children He will reveal Himself and save us.

Think about it.

WHAT WOULD A MUSLIM PRESIDENT DO?

 

First I must say that this country is basically a Christian country so any Muslim candidate would probably have to come from outside the USA. Though it is illegal to become president unless one is born a citizen, if enough bribes are paid, and the importance downplayed sufficiently it might be possible to circumnavigate the law.

It would be vitally necessary to hide the fact that he was a Muslim, both before the election and also after it. Before, because he would not stand a chance of being elected, and after to hide the motive for all of the damage he would do to the country. The USA is said to be an enemy to Islam and there would be no reason for a Muslim to attempt to become president other than to destroy this country.

One way to hide his religion would be to attend a Christian church before the election. There would be no reason or gain to continue after the election, unless it was becoming too obvious that he was Muslim. He could even justify lying about being a Christian, because Islam allows lies to further its goal of world dominance.

As president he could not pardon his fellow Muslims who have been imprisoned, but if he could close the prison, which would cause them to be moved to a less secure facility then perhaps they could escape. Even if they were not successful they would have a chance to kill more Americans before they were recaptured.

Perhaps he and those who help him could change the way the enemies of this country are tried for their crimes. If foreigners are given the same rights as natives and are not read their rights there is no way they can be found guilty. The truth is we can not even convict our own criminals and even if we could there is no room in prisons for them.

Those who do not understand that the president was a Muslim would not see clearly what was transpiring and would be clueless as to what was happening. Those that do understand the ways of Muslims would understand if the president bowed to a Muslim king and made statements such as Islam is a peaceful religion. That is if we would ever elect a Muslim president.

The president would believe that he would go down in history as the greatest president of the USA; because Muslims would write U.S. history after he destroyed it and he would be the one mainly responsible for the fall of the great Satan.

Anything that the president could do to weaken this country he would do. If he could weaken the economy, or cause civil unrest he would do so. It would be a wise move to make it seem as though it was an attempt to socialize the country instead of the real goal which would be to destroy it.

It would be a real feather in his cap when he belittled the leader of Israel and you can be sure he would. One of the very important things he would strive to do is to destroy the bond between Israel and the USA. That could be easily accomplished by demanding the ridiculous.

You might ask yourself if God would allow this to happen and the answer is not difficult to ascertain. We have decided to choose our own leaders, not relying on God and God lets man sin. How else can a stiff-necked people like us learn if He doesn’t let us make mistakes? If we elected a Muslim for our leader God would know it even before the man was born!

It seems to me to be a necessary step toward the end of time. You see Israel will not depend on God to protect them. In the past they have made alliances with many foreign countries instead of relying on God alone. That does not please God. It seems that the whole world will turn on Israel in the end times and so this country must also turn.

If we ever elect a Muslim for president he will think he is having great success, but he would only be doing God’s bidding. That is the one true God’s bidding. Israel will finally have to put their trust in the one true God, because there will be no one else to turn to. Once again God will rise up and defeat the enemies of Israel, but this time it will be the last time.

That is, if we ever elect a Muslim president.

LIES THAT WE ACCEPT AS TRUTH!!!!!!

It amazes me when I realize that I have been accepting a lie as the truth and didn’t see it.

It happens because I do not stop to reason out whether it is true or not. I see this in others as well as myself, and I, as well as others, have built complicated understandings on very simple lies: which, of course are very flawed understandings.

Here is one of the best lies Satan has perpetrated on Americans, “This Country was founded on Christian principles”!

The truth is this Country was founded in rebellion to God by those who would not pay taxes!

Romans 13:1&2 (NIV) Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.

The Colonies had a governing authority and they rebelled against it. The motto was “Taxation with out representation”, but Romans 13:6 says Christians should pay taxes.

The colonist would not pay taxes and they rebelled against England. These are the reasons the colonist formed this government and these are not Christian principles!

This leads me to realize the second greatest lie about this government and that is “We are free!” Free from what? We certainly are not free from unjust rule. And that leads us to the third greatest lie, “Those who hold office are servants to the people”!

You can throw rocks at me later, but right now stop and reason out what I am saying. When you vote for a candidate you are in effect saying that you want that man to rule over you. I know that Satan has you believing that you are choosing that person to serve you and your fellow man, but in reality you are giving him or her power to govern you. You are not choosing a servant you are choosing a master! It is true that the people have the power to choose another later, but for the term of that office that person is your master.

What ever those who hold office do to the people are not undone when they leave office. Taxes that are imposed stay imposed. The abortion that was legalized stays legalized. Jobs that were given to Mexico and China are not taken back. You may get rid of the master that you have chosen, but only by choosing another: who will tack on even more abuse for and to you.

Imagine how God feels when we choose a man to rule us when it is apparent that God should and even wants to be our master. The dangerous thing about God is that He will usually give us what we want. I believe that He has allowed this government to be established and exist as long as it has to demonstrate, or prove to mankind that it will not work.

Those who hold office know that it is not the people that elected them. They were put in office by money. It was money that enabled them to sway the people and that makes the people only pawns to be used. Why would a politician really have any respect for the people when they can be swayed with money? Doesn’t their loyalty really lie with the party that supplied the money to sway the people? If they do not toe the party line will they receive finances to run in the next election?

I always hear others say ‘Well I didn’t vote for him’, but if they participate in the system aren’t they guilty of what the system does? If someone drives the getaway car aren’t they guilty of the robbery? And if someone is murdered because of the robbery then aren’t they guilty of murder?

If you believe in this system or any system of government where a man governs another man then stop and reason it out and maybe you will reach the same conclusion that I have. Maybe you will not, but if a man must lie to get elected and he surly must, then why do we believe he will stop when he begins the work of that office?

Belief is an odd thing. We believe what we want to believe and if someone says something that doesn’t coincide with what we want to believe we will not accept it. We will usually refuse to consider an opposing view. Facts and common sense are oppressed in our minds and the opposing points are only targets to be destroyed. If that is how you view what I have said and you believe that the Bible is the Word of God then where does it say that man should rule himself? Remember the motto of this country is ‘Of the people, by the people, and for the people’.

AS CHRISTIANS WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT OUR GOVERNMENT?

If you have read anything I have said about this country you know I have little respect for the system of government that we have. In case you haven’t just let me say this, “This Country was formed in rebellion to God”.

I didn’t always have this view, but I read Romans 13:1&2 and applied it to the formation of this Government and it changed my understanding of democracy. I have since repented and no longer believe in this Democracy. It came down to who do I really put my trust in and I realized that first my loyalty must rest in God and anything and everything else must agree with that loyalty. You can see that anything else would be a sin.

As I said, I have repented. Since I understand that this Nation was formed in rebellion to God I have not participated in politics at all. I am no longer a registered voter and do not endorse any candidate or political party. I believe God when He says He appoints the authorities and I believe that is the only way it should be.

The problem stems from our sin. God does not stop sin and when our forefathers decided the people could do a better job of appointing authorities He did not stop them. Nor does He stop us as we try to elect a man.

I know that if every Christian does as I have that there is no hope for our country. I do not want this as it can only result in Satan winning this part of the battle. So I have devoted some thought to the problem, or I should say I have wrestled with God over an answer to our plight. As you know I am only a student and I don’t always understand what the Spirit is trying to teach me so I am going to post what seems right to me and maybe someone who understands more clearly can straighten me out and maybe we can begin to work toward a real solution to our problem.

First even though the system is basically flawed we must work within it. We can not rebel. Even though it was not God’s idea that we should choose authorities He has appointed the authorities that we wanted. To rebel against those authorities is to rebel against God as Romans 13:1&2 make clear.

The first thing that we must do is we must all repent. (2 Chr 7:14 NIV) “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

We must humble ourselves and admit it is wrong to attempt to choose our own authorities. We must ask God to honor His word and again choose authorities for us. That is the way it should be, because we do not know what is in another man’s heart and we do not know what someone will do in the future, but God knows both.

Perhaps we should form another political party: the Christian political party. The other two parties have already determined which candidates will do as they want and if they do not then the next time they will not receive money for their campaign. This action would result in every church that participated losing its tax exempt status, but we can really serve only one master and money is not the one we should be serving.

You may say that this is only my idea, but Scripture clearly states the way we can extract ourselves from this mess (2 Chr 7:14). It should be clear that we can not govern ourselves. We need God for that task and only God. We have sinned by not accepting God’s word that He will choose our authorities and attempting to do it ourselves. We need to heed our own words and really put our trust in God.

Will this come about? No! I don’t believe most of my brothers and sisters have the faith that is required for the cure!
